Mark James Procopio, Managing Director

Mark has experience in all structures of private equity investing, with a particular expertise in growth stage companies. In addition to his work in private equity, he has served as an attorney in Silicon Valley, and as CEO of Cibernet PLC, the world’s largest transaction management and settlement provider for the wireless industry.

Mark has been a guest lecturer in Private Equity investing at the MBA programs of Columbia, Pennsylvania (Wharton), Duke (Fuqua), North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler), Johns Hopkins (Carey), Dartmouth (Tuck), Carnegie Mellon (Tepper), and Georgetown (McDonough). Mark has a JD from the U. of California, Berkeley, and a BA from LMU.
